Are you ready for a 12 minute get fit fast workout? Are you over 50 or a beginner and think it is too late to start an exercise routine? Well, think again because it is never too late. Now is the time to become the healthiest even if you are in your 50's, 60's and beyond or even a beginner!
My name is Angela, owner of ALHsuccesslines. I offer wellness solutions especially for those over age 50 (like myself)--all from a mind, body and soul perspective. I work with clients on an individual basis and I also offer virtual group exercise programs. My group workout classes and videos provide easy to follow routines where you exercise in the privacy of your home. There will be no one to judge you and no one to impress other than yourself. The goal is to establish a routine, at your own pace and in your own way and I will be your guide...consider me your personal workout partner.
Just the word exercise alone can bring forth thoughts that may not motivate you to get started. The key is to change how you perceive exercise, think of it as something you will uniquely design, something that will help you reach your fitness goals but in accordance to your plan not the plan of someone else. Try to concentrate on the positive. Try not to overwhelm yourself with unrealistic goals that will ultimately frustrate you. Start by thinking of your exercise program as a fun, entertaining time set aside just for for...YOU...to unwind. A time for you to focus on getting healthier.

and supportive feel. Lightweight Bounce cushioning
keeps a spring in your step from beginning to end.
So, how much exercise is recommended for those over age 50? Overall, if you are in good health, you should get at least 150 minutes of moderate cardio activity a week. It's better when you spread it out over 3 days or more, for a minimum of 10 minutes at a time. Yes, I said only 10 minutes a day.

Music has a way of invigorating me...often causing a rhythmic tapping as I move my feet in time to the beat. Just the sound alone is enough to make me want to jump up and dance. Speaking of exercise, if you concentrate more on movement and less on thinking of your actions as exercise, you will be able to trick your mind into establishing a workout routine that you will stick to. For me, I like to implement music as a part of many of the workout routines I design for my clients. Personally, I often workout to music no matter what type of workout I am performing. When on the treadmill, I listen to music. When I do cardio, I move to music. When I do strength training, I listen to music. So if you enjoy music as much as I do, join me.

Music is my motivation to workout. If your desire is to start a workout program. If your desire is to continue your current workout routine and implement more cardio. If your desire is simply spend a few minutes each week moving to the music, I welcome the opportunity for us to workout together. Again, consider me your workout partner. So get up, put on something comfortable and let's exercise together!
My final words of advice is to start today...begin your journey to a healthier...you! Don't give up...I repeat...don't give up on you! Love who you see staring back at you in the mirror! Thank you for reading.
